Completing tasks within a limited time tests the cooperation, execution and trust of the whole team. Defining leadership, assigning responsibilities and controlling the process; the reasonable allocation of personnel, the right people in the right position will play the best role; reasonable use of limited time and effective resource reorganization will bring benefits to enterprises or individuals, achieving a win-win situation. What the trainees gained is the spirit of never giving up; what they achieved is a win-win situation with clear division of labor and cooperation; what they got is the experience of breaking the convention, and thinking, method, practice and system innovations. In the process of building the tower, tacit understanding between team members was developed and an efficient communication system was established. In the competitive sand table simulation games, the soldiers of each square array in the battlefield use water balls to attack the soldiers of the other side, and the team with the most “surviving” soldiers in the specified time wins. All soldiers cover their eyes. The commanding officer observes the situation and expresses it to the commander with gestures. The commander gives orders and the soldiers carry out orders in the war zone. There are several water balls on the ground to be used as bullets thrown at the enemy. Anyone hit by water balls, or with both feet leave the war zone, they will be sifted out.

As executors, soldiers should resolutely obey the command of the leaders. Only by obeying the command can the consistency of team actions be ensured. The commanding officer should check the situation clearly on the front line, just like studying the direction of the changing market to make major decisions and plan well. As the highest management, the commander and the commanding officer should effectively coordinate and understand each other, and issue the final goal completely and accurately.
